The Serles Rooms – a place to arrive, unwind, and feel at ease. Nestled in the charm of Alpine tradition, they combine lovingly designed “Old Tyrolean” style with modern comfort. Light spruce wood, fine details, and the gentle charm of a tiled stove create a warm, cozy atmosphere that instantly feels like home.

Across approximately 35 m², a space unfolds that brings tranquility and invites you to linger. After an eventful day in the mountains or during quiet moments to yourself – here you will find your own personal retreat filled with comfort and serenity.

Amenities include a shower or bath, WC, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony that opens up to nature and invites you to dream.

The Elfer room type features a variety of interior styles – please understand that rooms are assigned individually. All rooms are particularly cozy and furnished with honey-colored, locally sourced spruce wood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
On approximately 28 m², you can enjoy comfortable living and plenty of space to relax.

The suite were built in 2005 and are furnished like our Serles rooms. The highlight of these rooms is the extra living space alongside the bedrooms. The living room has panoramic glazing with a view from the couch right to the Stubai mountain scenery. The ultimate feeling on 40 m².

Our attic rooms were renovated in 2017 and had lovely new bathrooms installed in them. If you need more light, just open the large motorised skylights with automatic shutter technology. The size and layout have remained the same – in our 18m² Wildspitze rooms, named after Austria’s second-highest mountain, you just sleep a little closer to the stars.

The Habicht-Room is our standard double room with approx. 20 m2; this type of room offers complete comfort, with balcony.
